How will it work?
First off, this platform will be 100% FREE when we launch. No cost to you to put bids out. Homeowners will post a picture of a job they are ready to have completed ASAP. You can see their photo, description and square footage. Based on this info, you can immediately submit a bid. The prospective customer will be able to see your reviews, insurance, company name, etc. If the customer elects to do so, they may message you to ask any questions about your bid. After receiving multiple bids, the customer will award their job using our platform. Once you accept the job, you will message on the website to coordinate a start date. All payments are handled directly between you and the customer. Once a job wraps up, you will have an opportunity to rate the customer and the customer will have the opportunity to rate you. The better your ratings, the more business you will get.
